No exchange or refund for Samsung products.
Our warranty is 30 days. You can return or exchange your screen within the warranty if you purchased directly from GTE SCREEN through one of the following:

A. For Exchange
1. The customer has to pay the return label. We'll pay the shipping label of the new one we send to.
2. If we receive the screen which works fine, the customer has to pay all the shipment themselves. We will provide the proof of functions of the screen.
3. If we receive the screen with any damage, we need to charge 10% to 20% exchange fee. (If we collect the exchange fee, we will provide the report (photo or video) as evidence.
A. For defective products
1. Store Credit refund = (Total Price - Shipment Fee) * 100%
B. For product, that works fine
1. Store credit refund = (Total Price - Shipment Fee) * 80%
The refund amount will be based on your ordered amount.
After we have received your item and ensured you have followed our return policy.
The refund credit(only provide store credit and shipping fee won't be included, you need to agree on this before you buy) will be credited to your account within 2 business days.
Other company products, damaged parts based on customer's negligence. Returns outside of the return/exchange period.
ON THE BACK OF THE SCREEN. When we received it, we haven't seen the small logo of our company. We won't accept the exchange.
Second, after we check the screen which is busted inside of the digitizer, we also don't accept the exchange. We will ship back to you.
In a case of lost parcel, our company will not take any responsibility for the lost package. However, we will help the customer to investigate.
